Personal: Mrs. Rice grew up in southwestern Connecticut where she lived until joining the military. She has since enjoyed living in various locations throughout the US and abroad. Mrs. Rice recently returned to the Shenandoah Valley after residing in Texas for the last 10 years. She enjoys listening to music, gardening, cooking, and traveling, as well as spending time with her 5 children and her grandchildren.
