Amanda Becker, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CDNS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Director at Front Royal Family Practice Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University, graduating summa cum laude and with distinction in Kinesiology, before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

 

Amanda enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise, strength and movement training, hands-on techniques, and dry needling to address pain, restore mobility, and build long-term resilience.

 

With her background in exercise science and strength and conditioning, Amanda is passionate about helping patients bridge the gap between rehabilitation and confidently returning to exercise, recreation, work, and everyday life. She believes physical therapy should be collaborative and individualized, with patients understanding not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it.

 

Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys strength training, cycling, yoga, baking sourdough, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
